Calendered Vinyl

Calendered vinyl is a type of self-adhesive film produced by heat-rolling and stretching. It’s less expensive and less conformable than cast vinyl but suitable for many standard applications.

Applications:
Used for flat-surface graphics, short-term outdoor signage, and indoor displays.

Key Features:

  • More economical than cast vinyl

  • Moderate durability (2–5 years)

  • Thicker and less flexible

  • Prone to shrinkage over time
