Metallized films are plastic substrates (typically PET or BOPP) with a thin metal coating, often aluminum, applied via vacuum deposition. These films offer high visual impact, reflectivity, and barrier protection, making them ideal for premium packaging. Some variants allow for printing directly on the metalized surface or on the reverse (mirror) side.
