Solvent printing

Solvent printing uses solvent-based inks that dissolve pigments in oil-based carriers. These inks chemically bond to the print surface, making them highly weather-resistant.

Applications:
Used extensively in outdoor signage, vehicle graphics, banners, and billboards. Especially effective for self-adhesive vinyl and PVC-based films.

  • Long-term outdoor durability

  • Water- and UV-resistant

  • Requires ventilation due to VOCs

  • Slower drying time than UV or latex
